FAQ

Q.1 What forms of payment do practitioners accept?

A. Most accept checks and cash.

Q.2 What happens if the provider we’ve selected isn’t on our insurance panel?

A. Typically, insurance companies will still reimburse for services provided by clinicians who are not on their panels as “out of network”. That usually means reimbursement at a different rate, typically 50% or less. This would mean that your co-pay would be somewhat higher but that some percentage of the costs would be covered under your insurance plan. It is always important to review with your specific insurance plan what will be covered and at what rate with your individual provider.
